Booking & payment. A session is reserved when the deposit (or the $50 Portfolio Participation Fee, if selected for the Founding Five) is paid and the service agreement is signed. Balances are due on or before the session date. Prices are in USD.
Rescheduling & cancellation. Founding Five sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours notice; the participation fee is non-refundable once the session is confirmed. Regular session terms are defined in each contract. Weather rescheduling initiated by the photographer never counts against the client.
Image use. Founding Five participants sign a model release authorizing use of the photographs on the Angie Bay Photos website, portfolio, social media, advertising and promotional materials; participants keep permission to use and share their photographs personally. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign.
Locations, permits & travel. Location entrance fees, permits and reservations (including San Francisco City Hall) are not included. Travel beyond the local Bay Area may generate a travel fee communicated before booking.
Deliverables. Edited photographs are delivered in a private gallery within the timeframe listed for each session type. Gallery storage is 3 months for regular sessions — upgraded to 1 year at no cost for sessions booked during August 2026 — and 1 year for all wedding collections. Wedding content creation delivers every selected original clip plus the number of edited vertical videos listed for each collection (City Hall 1 · Intimate 2 · Wedding Story 3 · Full Wedding Story 4, up to 60 seconds each); it does not replace professional videography.
Retouching. Professional color, light and crop adjustments and discreet temporary retouching are included. Bodies and identity features are not modified without express request and prior agreement.
